Tried to buy this phone from a T mobile shop, they just weren't interested, so bought it from Amazon, delivery was within 2 days. Read the reviews which ranged from an inadequate lasting battery to a very good camera. This is well built and sturdy with a smooth slide action, and is still small enough to be practical. I like the option of mp3 ringtones but find the message alert tones boring and limited, I also like the option of putting your own image for the wall paper on the home screen and the option of volume control being hard of hearing, also the option of muting the key tones which can be annoying. The picture quality is good when transferred onto the computer, but you have to allow for the delay between the image displayed on the screen and the actual image taken. The mp3 player is good for short periods so as not to drain the battery and the sound is good through the provided in-ear headphones. Also provided was a software CD, mains charger, usb cable,a 512mb memory card, a SD adaptor, and a headphone jack adaptor. Well pleased with this phone so far for making calls, using the calendar,texting and taking photos.
