This phone is easy to use once you have everything set up, but setting up email and multimedia messaging is not as straightforward as other phones I have had (mainly Nokias). The slide style means you don't have to keep locking and unlocking the keypad. The shape, size and weight mean it will fit easily in a trouser or shirt pocket.
The main problem I have found is the battery life. It was OK at first, going about a week to 10 days between charges for me (I am a light user and switch the phone off at night). But now I have had the phone for about 6 months the time between charges is reducing noticeably and I now need to charge up every 5-6 days (for the same light level of use).
The only other niggle is that if you put this phone in a pocket or bag while it is switched off the buttons that are accessible are not locked, so the phone will sometimes switch on if the right button gets pressed against (when the phone is switched on the buttons on the outer face are locked when the phone is closed). This can be a bit awkward if you have switched you phone off because you are in a meeting or a show etc but it suddenly starts ringing anyway.
