For the money, it isnt a very good phone and has many bad points:
1.Very small memory (but does take micro sd cards)
2.Cant play music while doing anything else, like looking at menu or other songs or even texting someone. You have to have it on that very boring music screen the whole time. Doesnt sound annoying but really is.
3.Camera is really bad, 1.3mp and doesnt really deserve that.
4. Sometimes, when images or videos are bluetoothed to this phone from other still average phones, it says there is 'Not Supported Content' and doesnt let you look at the picture/video.
5. I got mine from carephone warehouse on orange, and it didnt come with headphones or a computer usb cable thing. Therefore I cant listen to the radio on the phone.
6. Internet on the phone really slow and doesnt always work.
Now the good points:
1.Does (bad quality) video
2.Good phone if your only interested in the basic features (texting, calling)
3.Comes with a few games, not brilliant though.
4.Bright colour screen.
5.Bluetooth
To be honest. There are much better phones you can get for better prices, so I wouldnt recommend it.

The Samsung J700 is GREAT value for money. I used to own a Nokia MusicExpress, which I lost, and was looking for a reasonably priced phone (for temporary use) that offers similar features, when I came across the J700. Now, however, I have decided that this phone is permanent!
The clarity of sound (for radio as well as saved songs) is amazing. The camera is not too bad either. I also bought a memory card separately (from Memory Bits) and that was when I decided that this phone is for keeps!! It may not be an ideal choice for those who are brand-centric and insist on a Nokia, but if you are looking for a phone that offers great value for money, then this is the phone for you.

I like this phone, but I don't think the camera is as good as my last phones camera, and there are not as many good ringtones as my other phone, but I do like the big screen and the bigger font much easier to see. I did want a purple one but there was not one on pay as you go.
